About me

## About Me I love physics. There is something beautiful about our ability to describe and understand the world around us through mathematics and experiments. What I enjoy most is turning that understanding into something tangible: designing experiments, building instruments, and using them to answer questions about nature.

My background is in experimental physics, with a focus on the electronic properties of metal nanoparticles. During my PhD at the University of Southern California, I investigated how temperature, melting, and quantum effects influence the work function of metals. This research required developing experimental techniques that combined nanoparticle beam generation, high-vacuum instrumentation, laser spectroscopy, precision ion detection, and automated data acquisition.

Beyond my own research, I enjoy solving technical problems and helping others with their experiments. I have collaborated with researchers across physics, chemistry, biophysics, and quantum computing, often contributing to the design, construction, and troubleshooting of experimental systems.

I am particularly drawn to problems that require learning something new. Whether working with electronics, programming, vacuum systems, or unfamiliar experimental techniques, I enjoy understanding how things work and finding practical solutions. Ultimately, what motivates me is curiosity: the opportunity to explore new ideas, develop useful tools, and contribute to scientific progress.
